Initial Consultation (Phone Discussion)

We offer a free initial phone discussion to understand your child’s needs and your concerns. This ensures you feel confident about working with us and allows us to tailor a plan for your child’s learning journey.

first tutoring session

The initial session focuses on observing your child’s current skills through informal skill checks and guided learning activities. This helps identify strengths and any gaps in foundational skills so support can be tailored appropriately. Learning then focuses on repetition and practice to build accuracy, confidence and fluency over time.

Session Investment

Following the initial consultation, the investment for tutoring sessions is:

• $130 + GST – 1-hour session

Sessions are conducted at:

• Our Duncraig office: Monday – Friday

• Your child’s school: Monday - Friday

Families outside the local area are welcome; additional travel charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session rate.
